Shaktify Intensives always turn out to be far beyond my expectations, and the most recent one, “Creating a Healthy You!,” was certainly no exception. I was unable to attend it live, so I listened to the replay later that day. I was immediately drawn in by the introduction, and found it to be quite helpful. Over the next two hours, I’m sure that I zoned out more than once, for the energy was quite powerful.
But, a totally unexpected surprise came when it was over, as I got up to leave the room. I’d no sooner taken a few steps when I realized that IT DIDN’T HURT TO WALK – I WAS VIRTUALLY PAIN-FREE! It seemed too good to be true, and I thought it would be a miracle if it lasted. (My mind was NOT being very helpful, and had automatically gone into a habitual way of thinking.) The pain gradually returned during the course of the evening, but not to previous levels and now I know what is possible. I plan to listen to the replay several more times.
My overall attitude is now much more positive and hopeful, and it’s quite obvious that I need to constantly be aware that I can choose my thoughts instead of giving them the power to control me, as well as my life. And, I choose to believe in miracles!

Most of human disease has its origins beyond the physical: in the Emotional Body; in the Mental Body; and in the Causal Body, which is the focus of this intensive. The psychic debris that accumulates in the Causal Body can manifest at the physical level if left unchecked.
